Your key responsibilities as a Valet Attendant will include greeting guests with enthusiasm, parking and retrieving a variety of vehicles, and ensuring everyone starts their visit with exceptional service. $12.75 plus tips

• Warmly greet all arriving guests at the Valet Entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services
• Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve the guest’s vehicle for their departure
• Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid
• Report issues and/or potential problems to security or immediate supervisor to avoid traffic congestion and delays at the valet entrance
• Assist in regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion
• Answer guest questions about hotel registration, restaurants, events, activities, and attractions
• Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty
• Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation
• Assist bell persons with the movement of luggage as necessary

• Two years of experience in a service related industry preferred
• Able to work a varied shift to include weekends, holidays, and evenings
