• Partner closely with sales to guide customers through data and infrastructure challenges
• Develop an understanding of customer business drivers and decision-making processes
• Create seamless customer experiences by collaborating with account managers and channel partners
• Build and deliver technical product presentations to clients, securing technical wins

• Pre‑sales experience is required
• 3+ years of relevant experience in technology, design, and communications
• Ability to learn rapidly and adapt to evolving technologies and customer needs
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation and cloud‑native architecture
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills

• Experience supporting sales of enterprise storage, networking, systems, cloud, or software to commercial accounts
• Familiarity with modern web architecture, such as LAMP stack and AWS well‑architected framework
• Previous experience with Linux and NFS file systems
• Knowledge of VMware, Local Area Networking, and general networking
• Curiosity and passion for technology and explaining new platforms to customers
