Shift Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan and monitor each shift, taking necessary actions to meet McDonald’s standards and handle safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for the shift.
• Assist assigned departments in meeting their goals and meeting targets during shifts.
• Perform tasks such as food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance & cleanliness, managing crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety & security, scheduling, and training.

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Compensation Offered:

• Hourly Pay between $15.25 and $19.75, based on experience and availability.
