Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T3339) – Join to apply for the Guest Advocate role at Target.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and resolve concerns.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Scanning and bagging items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain and demonstrate benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering; assist guests in enrolling, activating, and using these features.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store open hours while remaining available for guests.
• Adhere to Target policies, safety policies, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up orders, and returns while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company procedures.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology; work independently or in a team; stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of handling checkout operations and basic cash handling as needed.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift and work in varying temperatures and conditions as required by duties such as Drive-Up and carryout.
