Key Lead – Floor Supervisor responsible for ensuring high‑quality in‑store experience, coaching brand representatives and stock associates, and driving daily sales performance.

• Open and close store routines
• Maintain product knowledge and brand awareness
• Understand business operations and support business goals
• Proactive thinking and anticipating customer needs
• Attention to detail in all store operations
• Use register/point of sales system effectively
• Asset protection and loss prevention
• Visual displays and merchandising
• System skills for inventory and store management

• Schedule varies weekly, minimum 12–16 hours per week
• Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays
• Peak periods may require additional hours

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred)
• At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)
• Customer focus, communication, and interpersonal interaction
• Fashion trend knowledge, adaptability, and confidence
• Assertiveness, poise, and ambition
• Multi‑tasking, applied learning, and strong work ethic
• Supervisor/Managerial experience not required
