We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated team player to join our Oxon Hill store as a Sales and Lending Associate. Do you enjoy working with people, learning something new every day, and finding creative solutions? In this role, you’ll help customers with loans, sales, and purchases—while building your skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.

$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

• Welcome and assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales
• Build relationships and provide excellent service to new and returning customers
• Help customers understand product options and make confident decisions
• Meet store sales and service goals with support from your team
• Accurately handle cash and transactions
• Keep the sales floor engaging by showcasing and demonstrating products

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (preferred but not required—training provided)
• Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from all walks of life
• Confidence in negotiating and problem-solving
• Motivated to reach goals while always putting the customer first
• Comfortable handling cash and doing basic math
