Job Responsibilities

* Perform general maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas

* Troubleshoot and fix plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues

* Complete work orders efficiently and accurately

* Prepare units for move-in and ensure property standards are met

* Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests

Qualifications

* EPA Type II or Universal certification required

* Must have own tools

* Previous apartment maintenance experience

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools

* Strong problem-solving skills and reliability
