Limo Driver - MGM National Harbor

THE JOB

As a Driver, you will provide top-notch customer service by safely transporting guests and assisting with their luggage and personal belongings. You must adhere to all relevant laws and company policies to ensure a secure and pleasant experience for guests and colleagues alike. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining a professional and hospitable environment within the company's guidelines.

10:00pm - 6:45am (Off Sunday & Monday)

• Vehicle Operations
  :
  Safely operate vehicles to transport passengers or goods, adhering strictly to traffic laws and company policies. Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation or maps to ensure timely and safe transportation, monitoring traffic conditions, and adjusting routes as necessary to optimize delays.
• Customer Service and Passenger Assistance
  :
  Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with loading/unloading and ensuring their comfort throughout the journey. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor to enhance passenger satisfaction.
• Documentation and Compliance
  :
  Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents during trips to comply with company regulations. Complete necessary logbooks or reports promptly and accurately.
• Vehicle Maintenance Inspection
  :
  Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to detect any mechanical issues or damage. Report findings promptly and ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition for each trip.
• Local Area Knowledge and Navigation
  :
  Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company service areas including hotels, golf courses, restaurants, and city demographics.

• At least 21 years of age
• Has a valid Driver's License in good standing (not expired, suspended or revoked)
• Previous experience driving luxury limousines (preferred)

Paywill not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
