We are looking for a warm, reliable and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our friendly team in Oxted. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and is eager to support their early development in a caring, nurturing environment.

You don't need to be formally qualified - what matters most is a genuine passion for helping children thrive, a positive attitude, and the commitment to be a consistent, supportive presence each day.

Opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the setting will be available for the right candidate.

What you'll do:

Support the team in creating a safe, stimulating and playful environment
Help with activities, meals, and daily routines
Build warm, positive relationships with children and families
Contribute to the smooth running of the nursery

What we're looking for:

Friendly, patient and proactive
Reliable and able to commit to a full-time role
Willing to learn and work as part of a supportive team
Previous experience with children is helpful but not essential
