Business Teacher – January 2026 – Oxted

A thriving and high-performing secondary school and sixth form in Oxted is seeking a dynamic and inspiring Business Teacher to join their team from January 2026.

As a Business Teacher, you will:

• Deliver Engaging Lessons: Teach Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5, inspiring students to explore enterprise, finance, and the wider business world.
• Support Student Achievement: Motivate and guide students through GCSE and A-Level courses, ensuring they reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with the Department: Work closely with colleagues to plan creative, relevant, and challenging lessons that bring real-world business concepts to life.
• Encourage Independent Learning: Promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial skills in every lesson.
• Contribute to the School Community: Take part in department initiatives and enrichment activities such as business challenges, enterprise projects, or trips.

• Qualified Teacher: You hold QTS (or equivalent) and have experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level.
• Subject Specialist: Strong understanding of GCSE and A-Level Business specifications, with the ability to engage and challenge learners.
• Inspirational Educator: You bring enthusiasm, clarity, and creativity to lessons, encouraging students to think like entrepreneurs.
• Collaborative Team Player: You enjoy working within a supportive department, sharing ideas and contributing to continuous improvement.
