Overview
SEN Teaching Assistant | Make a Real Difference!
RoleProvide vital 1:1 and small group support to students with diverse Special Educational Needs. You'll help implement IEPs, adapt materials, and foster an inclusive learning space.
Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with diverse SEN needs.
- Assist with the implementation of IEPs and adapt teaching materials to meet individual requirements.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment that enables all students to thrive.
- Proven experience supporting children with SEN.
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and understanding of safeguarding.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Bonus:
Relevant qualifications (e.g., TA L2/3), experience with Makaton/PECS, or behaviour management.
