  • Administer cloud-based services, primarily Google Workspace, Gemini, and other key business applications.
  • Design, build, and manage automation and integration workflows between core business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira) using tools like Zapier, n8n, or custom scripts.

  • Develop and maintain user guides, help documents, and knowledge base articles.
  • Conduct staff training sessions and provide ongoing technical guidance.

  • Hands-on experience with PC and Mac hardware, operating systems, and their setup, configuration, and management.
  • Demonstrable skills in providing technical assistance, support, and training to users of varying technical abilities.
  • Experience using scripting, coding, or automation tools to integrate systems and improve processes.
  • A strong understanding of information security best practices.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets with formulas and functions for data management and analysis.
  • An "AI-first" approach to problem-solving, with experience using AI tools for research, coding, and automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both human and AI audiences.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • A natural curiosity and desire to understand, improve, and automate processes.
