Trainee Solicitor - Paralegal

I’m working with a growing and well-regarded law firm in Oxted that’s looking to hire a future Trainee Solicitor
. This role is aimed at someone who already has paralegal experience and is now looking for a clear and realistic route into qualification.

The structure is straightforward: you’ll join the firm initially as a Paralegal
, and once you’ve successfully completed a 6-month probation period
, your training contract will formally commence
. This is a planned pathway and not an informal promise – the firm regularly develops paralegals into trainee solicitors and beyond.

For the first 6 months, you’ll work as a paralegal within one of the firm’s core departments, depending on your background and interests.

• Property law (residential or commercial)
• Private Client
• Litigation

You’ll gain hands‑on experience, support fee earners, and start building the skills needed for your training contract. Once your training contract begins, you’ll rotate through seats and continue your development towards qualification.

• Paralegals with experience in Property, Private Client or Litigation
• Someone committed to qualifying as a solicitor
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
