A long established land developer is seeking an In-House Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their expanding business due to continued success.

You will work alongside highly regarded lawyers who have superb backgrounds and are extremely skilled in property development work; many of which have private practice or in-house

Your workload will include:

• Managing plot sales from instruction to completion
  .
• Liaising with the in-house sales, commercial, and management teams.
• Be interested in developing your career further to eventually manage a team and help grow the business further.

The successful applicant will have the following background:

• Managing a caseload of plot sales/new build matters.
• Be 2 years or more qualified (PQE) as a solicitor or legal executive
  .
• Either private practice or in-house.
• Those with commercial attitudes and pragmatic minds will go far in this role and business.
