Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home will ensure a clean, well-maintained environment where residents feel at home and staff can perform their duties effectively. You’ll handle maintenance tasks across the building, gardens, and grounds and liaise with contractors when needed.
You’ll lead a team, support the General Manager with annual budget planning, and keep the site safe and compliant while delivering high-quality care.
