Senior Property Manager – Block Management

Hours:

Monday – Friday 9-5 30pm

Great opportunity for career progression within a growing company that specialises in Block Management. Your role will be within a small team managing existing and new clients and participate in the growth of the company.

• Produce and manage budgets and overall expenditure for residential blocks, assisting with forecasts and reports
• Understand and manage major works (Section 20s)
• Administrate insurance claims
• Arrange risk assessments and monitor health and safety
• Manage and organise sub‑contractors with work orders and service contracts
• Undertake site inspections as per client contracts
• Key and manage all invoices for the portfolio
• Produce legal management packs for properties up for sale
• Understand year‑end accounts
• Undertake AGMs / EGMs / directors meetings

• Previous experience within block management
• Full UK driving licence, own car
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workloads
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player
• IRPM / TPI qualified or strong understanding of Block legislation
