Team Lead Dispatcher

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Warlingham. As a Team Lead Dispatcher, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily schedules of field engineers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Primary responsibilities include assigning service calls, tracking job progress, liaising between customers and field staff, and managing priorities to maintain excellent service standards. You will also provide leadership to a team of dispatchers and support staff while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in dispatch operations, scheduling, and team management
