Manufacturing Operative

Balconette is an established company who manufactures and supplies glass balustrade and Juliets. We are looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join our great Manufacturing team. Working from our Blindley Heath site, you will assist in the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. Experience not required as full and continuous training will be given. Clean UK driving licence is a must as occasional driving for business is required.

Operate machinery and equipment to cut, assemble, and pack aluminium profile Pick, clean and pack glass panels Pick and pack product accessories to complete order Assist with dispatching orders Use of powered vehicles, e.g. forklift Assist with maintaining stock levels Follow processes accordingly Comply with Health and Safety Role will involve site work and installations across the UK Working away on installations Evidence of a sound level of general education including GCSE English and Maths or equivalent Willingness to participate in further training and development opportunities Strong attention to detail and quality control Physical fitness - physical role with heavy lifting Good communication skills Excellent timekeeping Basic knowledge of Health & Safety procedures Understand measurements and ability to use basic hand tools 28 days holiday per year (20 days  statutory) Company pension Company events Health and Wellbeing program Cycle to work scheme On-site parking Hours of work 7:30-16:30 Full-time position in Blindley Heath – Surrey Due to our location, candidate needs to be able to easily and reliably commute to Lingfield RH7 6JP
