Location: Tandridge
North Downs Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK, is seeking a Ward Sister/Charge Nurse to lead the ward team will coordinate the ward, support junior staff and ensure high-quality patient care in a busy private hospital environment.
The ideal candidate holds current NMC registration, demonstrates clinical leadership, and has experience with EPR. On-call duties, mentoring, and adherence to CQC/NICE guidance are expected.
