This role offers freelance property appointments, including viewings, meet & greet appointments, video viewings, photography, floor plans, inspections, and more.

• Show potential buyers and tenants around properties in your spare time.
• Perform freelance property appointments such as Property Viewings, Meet & Greet Appointments, Video Viewings, Photography, Floor Plans, inspections, and more.
• Accept or reject appointment invitations on a freelance basis as you see fit.
• Provide payment per appointment.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Punctual, reliable and comfortable working alone.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A DBS or Disclosure Scotland certificate, dated within the last 3 years.

• Flexibility:
  Work freelance, choose appointments.
• Payment: £19 for a Standard 30-minute Viewing plus more for longer appointments, inspections or photographic assignments.
• Nationwide Presence:
  Available across the U.K., within a radius of maximum miles you are comfortable travelling.

This range is provided by Viewber | Nationwide Property Support. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: £19 for a Standard 30-minute Viewing, more for longer appointments, inspections or photographic assignments.
