Location: Tandridge
Sainsbury’s Group is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to take responsibility for the overall customer experience across the store, from checkout to back of house, and to ensure we deliver on our customer commitments.
You will manage the Front End checkout operation, possibly supervise petrol station duties, and lead a team with discipline, scheduling and pay accuracy to drive KPI outcomes and a culture where colleagues thrive.
