Navigator Development Group, Inc. is seeking qualified individuals to serve as instructors at the U.S. Army Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) school at Fort Novosel, AL.

Location: Fort Novosel, AL
Schedule: Full Time
Security Clearance: SECRET
Status: Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award

• Provide subject matter expertise instructing SERE students in accordance with the course management plan.

• Superior communication and mentorship skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Expertise with the various skills taught at SERE

• Full spectrum SERE-C graduate (including Wartime, Peacetime Governmental Detention (PGD), and Hostage Detention (HD) training)
• U.S. Citizen
• SECRET clearance
• Certified to instruct IAW USA SERE School Instructor Certification Program
• Must pass a physical examination and urinalysis screening. Instructors will be subjected to high levels of physical and mental stress in the performance of normal duties.
• Physical requirements:
  
  hold up to 75 pounds of supported weight; lift, lower, and reach overhead while holding up to 10 pounds of equipment; lift and carry 50 pounds up to 50 meters/10 minutes; lift and lower up to 75 pounds of supported weight; stand for 50 minutes with a 10-minute break; navigate uneven terrain for up to 200 m.
• Must pass a SERE Human Factors Psychological Test
• Present a professional and credible image at all times.

• Expertise in the skills taught within the various SERE sections.
• Teaching and management experience in a DoD SERE-related program.
• A fully certified Evaluator in Field Training IAW the US Army Staff and Faculty Certification Plan.
