The Pharmacy Technician position offers an opportunity to work in a leading retail pharmacy company in a role that positively impacts the lives and health of others. You will work in an environment that maintains the highest professional and ethical standards and complies fully with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. Pharmacy Technicians ensure medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Success in this role includes the ability to manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support prompt, safe, and accurate filling of prescriptions while providing caring service that exceeds customer expectations. As a new Pharmacy Technician, you are required to complete an extensive CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program and satisfy all registration, licensing and certification requirements per your State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines. Your duties will initially be restricted until you complete requirements; thereafter you can build clinical, technical and insurance knowledge through tools and training to advance your pharmacy career.
