Seasonal Team Associate – Walmart

Work for Walmart in Ozark, AL. This role is seasonal and part‑time, supporting the store during major holiday events.

$14.00 per hour – $27.00 per hour. This range is provided by Walmart; your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Performance incentives (annual or quarterly).

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared! Requires product knowledge, problem solving, and merchandise skills.

• Move seasonal merchandise throughout the store.
• Assist customers with locating seasonal items.
• Maintain merchandise display standards.
• Support store layout and marketing displays.
• Apply product knowledge to help customers find units.
• Work effectively in a fast‑paced seasonal environment.
