Schedule: Monday to Friday / 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (training on 1st shift)
Pay Range: $26.00 to $33.00 per hour+ Shift Premium

What You'llDo:
- Diagnosemalfunctions,dismantleequipment,replaceorfabricateparts, andrestoremachinerytooptimalperformanceusingprecisiontoolsandtechnicaldocumentation.
- Executescheduledmaintenanceprograms,ensuringallequipmentoperatessafelyandefficientlybeforeproblemsarise.
- TroubleshootPLC hardware/software, NC/CNCcontrols,powerdistributionsystems, and electro-mechanicalcircuitsusingadvanceddiagnostictools.
- MaintainbuildinginfrastructureincludingHVAC,plumbing, and grounds(yes,evensnowremoval!).
- Installnewequipment, runconduitandwiring,interpret blueprints, andcommissionsystemsforsafeoperation.
What You Bring :
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diplomaorequivalent
- 2+yearsofmaintenanceexperience
- Certification sin industrialmaintenance,electrical,orrepairs
- Strongmechanicalaptitudeandhands-onskills
- Self-motivatedwithabilitytoworkindependently
- Basiccomputerskills(Outlook, Excel)
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiencyreadingelectricaldiagrams,schematics, andblueprints
- Hands-onknowledgeofPLCs(Allen Bradleypreferred),VFDs, andsequentialprogramming
- Experience with
120/240/480-volt systems,conduit installation,relays, and controlwiring - SkilledintroubleshootingAC/DC motor drivesandelectricalcomponents
- Competentwithdiagnostictools:multi-meters,amp-meters,oscilloscopes
Work Environment&Physical Demands:
Thisroleoperatesin a
high-heat,dusty, andnoisymanufacturingsetting
.Mustbecomfortableworkinginanindustrialenvironment.
