Light the Way Ministry is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that exists to Take Church Outside the Walls through Christian music festivals, concerts, and events that have reached hundreds of thousands with the Gospel across the nation. Position Summary

We’re hiring a full-time Graphic Designer & Videographer to join our dynamic team! If you're passionate about music, storytelling, and creating content that inspires and leads people closer to Christ, this is the perfect opportunity for you. This role is an exciting entry into the Christian music industry and involves travel to festivals, concerts, and ministry events nationwide.

You’ll work hands-on in a fast-paced creative environment helping tell the story of what God is doing through Light the Way Ministry—through visuals, motion, and media.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact promotional graphics, flyers, event branding, and social media assets
• Film and edit engaging videos for events, promotions, and ministry storytelling
• Create animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar tools
• Capture and edit content on-site at concerts and festivals (travel required)
• Assist with creative direction, visual storytelling, and brand consistency
• Organize and manage creative assets, including photo/video archives
• Support the marketing team with media content that aligns with ministry values & branding
• Lead and recruit a creative media team of volunteers for events

Qualifications

• Proficient in Pro Presenter and/or Resolume 7
• Strong knowledge of video editing, sound design, and visual storytelling
• Experience with animations/motion graphics
• Skilled in DSLR or mirrorless camera operation and video production equipment
• Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
• Flexible with travel and open to working nights/weekends during events
• Must share the faith-based values and mission of Light the Way Ministry
• Bonus:
  Experience in live events, concert photography, or ministry work.

Pay Range based on experience $15-$17 Per Hour
