• Efficiently manage multiple sign projects and create designs to fit client requests.
• Balance timelines and meet customer expectations.
• Communicate seamlessly with clients, team members, and executive leadership.
• Use quantitative skills to manage project budgets.
• Maintain digital organization of all client and project information.
• Occasionally travel to meet clients or visit project sites.
• Contribute to a high‑energy, social work environment (e.g., spontaneous karaoke).

• Confident, energetic multitasker who thrives on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
• Quick learner with excellent time‑management and communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of project management and graphic design experience, preferably in construction or design; 3D graphic design experience required.
