Haven Home Health & Hospice, a locally and clinician-owned agency, is seeking a Contract Hospice Physician to provide medical oversight and support for our compassionate care team.
This flexible position includes participation in interdisciplinary team meetings every other week, along with availability for consultation as needed. You'll play a vital role in guiding comfort‑focused care and ensuring quality for patients nearing the end of life—without the demands of a full‑time schedule.
What we’re looking for:- MD or DO with current license and hospice experience
- Background in terminal illness, geriatrics, or oncology
- Strong communicator and team collaborator
- Belief in the values and philosophy of hospice care
