We are currently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our home health team. If you're passionate about helping people regain independence and live with dignity at home, you'll find a strong sense of purpose here at Haven.

• Make initial evaluation visits when occupational therapy is the only service ordered
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the physician and care team
• Provide skilled OT interventions to improve daily living, safety, and independence
• Complete OASIS assessments and document functional, emotional, and mental health needs

• Active Missouri Occupational Therapy license in good standing
• One year of recent OT experience (home health experience preferred)
• Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license
