Join our team as a Caregiver / Personal Care Attendant at Americare Senior Living. You will provide compassionate care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity while enhancing their quality of life.

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and maintaining dignity.
• Monitor residents for signs of distress, following safety protocols and addressing any incidents.
• Document resident care, changes in condition, and daily activities accurately.
• Communicate with nursing staff and other caregivers to meet residents’ needs.
• Engage residents in activities that promote physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy in accordance with company policy and HIPAA regulations.

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and BLS certifications are a plus, but we can train you.
• Friendly, patient, positive attitude with excellent listening skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and focus on residents’ safety and comfort.

• Stand, bend, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally lift and safely transfer residents.
• Visual acuity to see near and far with good depth perception.
