• Oversee clinical operations to ensure high-quality, compliant patient care.
• Guide and support field clinicians through training, mentorship, and case management.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to home health regulations.
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Step in for direct patient care when needed and participate in on-call rotation.

• RN license in Missouri (good standing)
• 1+ year of home health case management experience (required)
• Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in EMR systems & willingness to travel locally

Salary Range: $72,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience
