In this friendly, flexible team environment, you will play an important role in helping us to provide outstanding service and high-quality Starbucks beverages to our customers in a clean and friendly atmosphere.

• Providing exceptional service to all clientele by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Accurately preparing all drinks according to Starbucks specifications.
• Maintaining a clean and organized Starbucks kiosk.
• Stocking the kiosk with needed supplies from the backroom storage area.
• Keeping all counters and tables clean for customer use.
• Leaving the kiosk clean and ready for the next barista.
• Completing all weekly reports, merchandising, paperwork, schedules for Starbucks baristas, and managing perishable inventory monthly.

• Training team members to meet Starbucks qualifications and staying updated with the latest product knowledge.
• Completing required Starbucks Initial Store Training (IST) & Starbucks Advanced Store Training (AST).
• Following all Starbucks guidelines regarding product shelf life.
• Adhering to Pyramid Foods company policies on cash handling to achieve low cash over/short levels.
• Following dress code policies and wearing a name tag.

Must be able to lift 60 lbs. occasionally and exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently, with dexterous use of both hands. Ability to stand, move, lift, carry, push, and pull items as needed. Must be capable of using knives and other sharp instruments for food preparation. This role requires good vision, hearing, and physical stamina, with the ability to work on slippery floors.
