As an Online Shop Associate, you will assist the Online Shopping Manager with preparing online grocery orders, maintaining product quality and ensuring a clean, efficient environment.

• Maintain exceptional customer service for all clientele.
• Adhere to "Meet and Greet" policies.
• Pick products for customer online orders, ensuring freshest and highest quality items are selected and staged in optimal temperature zones, following customer notes.
• Offer suitable substitutions when items are out of stock and record the reason for out of stock on the handheld device.
• Retrieve orders from staging location(s) upon customer arrival, process payment and digital coupons, and load groceries into customer's vehicle while informing customers of any modifications and offering superior customer service.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the curbside area, including staging areas in compliance with company procedures and policies.
• Provide in‑store and online support for customer inquiries related to the curbside program.
• Perform all other duties and tasks assigned by management.

• Maintain adequate training for online shopping, cashiering, or other departments as needed.
• Follow all processes set forth by the company, such as scanning all items that are bagged, correctly charging orders including accurate tax and services fees, and logging all customer orders.
• Report pricing, item location, and incorrect temperature discrepancies, and out‑of‑date products to the appropriate parties.
• Comply with all company policies, including dress code and wearing a name tag.

Must be able to lift 50 lb boxes on occasion and/or exert 25‑50 lbs of force frequently and/or 10‑20 lbs of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products. Must have dexterous use of both hands. Must stand and move to various workstations. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items, use knives and other sharp instruments for food item preparation or removing products from boxes.

Medium work requiring good vision and hearing, lifting, carrying, stooping, kneeling, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, on slippery floors.
