In this friendly, flexible team environment, your role is to efficiently stock and face shelves, contributing to outstanding service in a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

• Maintain exceptional customer service for all clientele
• Adhere to “Meet and Greet” policies
• Stock shelves with new merchandise upon receipt
• Work back stock to the shelves
• Face shelves, maintain conditions, readjust sets, and work with new items
• Assist in building and maintaining displays as directed by management
• Organize and maintain the warehouse
• Assist with ordering as directed by management
• Support front end or other departments as needed

• Follow safety guidelines regarding equipment and tools
• Comply with all company policies, including dress code and wearing a name tag

Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes occasionally and exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently. Ability to stand, move, lift, carry, push, and pull items is required. Use of knives and sharp instruments is necessary. The role involves medium work with good vision, hearing, and physical stamina.
