The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend Solutions, and Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensure customers have a distinguished shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Generally indoor with moderate noise; outdoor work involves hard surfaces and variable weather.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store location.
• Travel between stores using personal vehicle required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to promote a safe environment.

• Travel as needed; push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 lbs with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally; frequently stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training and operate equipment like forklifts if age-appropriate.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs, driving, standing, walking, reaching overhead, and moving merchandise throughout the store are required.
