• Sell and cultivate a strong client base for premium supplemental insurance products, including cold calling, relationship building, and client engagement.
• Master and execute the company’s B2B sales process.
• After mastering the framework, train and mentor new team members.

• Passes a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
• Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience; candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.
