• Ability to meet the physical demands of a construction job
• Job will require heavy lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and standing on your feet for lengthy periods of time
• Work safely on various roof types (shingle, metal, flat, etc.)
• Work on shop duties
• Willing to maintain a teachable and professional attitude
