We are looking for an experienced Roofing Installer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of professional roofing experience
, with a preference for Commercial Roofing expertise.

• Install, replace, and repair a variety of commercial and residential roofing systems.
• Expertise in various materials, including Commercial Flat Roofing, Metal, Standing Seam, Top, EPDM, and Shingles.
• Efficiently diagnose and repair roof leaks and damage.
• Adhere strictly to all high-quality and safety standards during installations.
• Ensure all proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines are followed.
• Work safely and effectively on various roof types (shingle, metal, flat, etc.).
• Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate effectively as a member of a team.

Expected

Hours:

Minimum of 40 hours per week. Additional training and development provided during winter months.

• 3–5 years of full-time roofing experience preferred
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certified Preferred or Must complete within 30 days after hire
• Commercial Roofing experience highly preferred
• At least 1 year of construction experience
• Knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation practices
• Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and sharp attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
