We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join our client’s team in Paarl. As a Senior Bookkeeper you will play a vital role in the bookkeeping department.
Key Performance Areas:- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in accounting software.
- Bring the books to the trail balance stage and ensure the trail balance accuracy.
- Filing of electronic or hardcopy documents.
- Review management reports and issue to clients for A+, A and B, C category clients.
- Manage VAT reconciliation and submission process.
- Client management and engagement related to bookkeeping matters.
- Manage bookkeeping team administrative and management aspects.
- Matric with mid to high grades in mathematics and accounting.
- Completed Certificate or Completed Diploma in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Previous experience as a bookkeeper.
