Product Coordinator – Stone Fruit

We invite a dynamic and diligent candidate with good administrative and organisational aptitude to apply for this position. The incumbent will report to the Stone Fruit Category Manager.

The Stone Fruit Product Coordinator is responsible for providing operational support to the Commercial Key Account Managers (KAMs) within the Stone Fruit Team. The role ensures that all administrative, logistical, inventory, financial, and client-related processes are executed accurately and on time, allowing KAMs to focus on client and producer management, sales, and strategic growth.

• Compile the weekly inventory plan based on confirmed final orders and prices.
• Allocate incoming stock according to commercial and required instructions.
• Continuous monitoring of stock age.

• Distribute weekly available shipping schedules for the UK, EU, and USA to KAMs.
• Finalise fully allocated containers for the logistics team.
• Complete all administrative steps before containers are closed off.
• Implement correct protocols in the event of a collapsed pallet.
• Send weekly ETA reports to clients along with loading notifications.
• Coordinate the transfer of air freight pallets to the airport and consolidation points as required.

• Upload weekly exchange rates and monthly standard costs to the final cost calculator.
• Capture Purchase Order numbers as received from clients.
• Process credits after approval by the KAM.
• Upload sales accounts to the Finance department once approved by the KAM and after all queries are resolved.

Remuneration will be aligned with the responsibilities of the position.
