Management Consultant - Operations Excellence

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Management Consultant focused on Operations Excellence to join their team in Paarl . • Analyze clients' operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, waste, and areas for enhancement.

• Utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and process re-engineering to drive operational improvements.
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards to track operational progress and identify areas for ongoing focus.
• Facilitate training and workshops for client staff on new processes and improvement techniques.
• Collaborate with clients to embed a sustainable culture of continuous improvement within their operations.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management , industrial engineering, or operations consulting.
• Demonstrated success in implementing operations excellence initiatives and achieving measurable results.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
