Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Production Manager or General Foreman on civil projects
- Proven experience managing teams on pipelines, earthworks, roads, and concrete works
- Strong understanding of construction methods and SANS 1200 standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to train, mentor, and supervise foremen and site workers
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities
- Valid Code EB driver’s license
