An established construction and specialist installations company is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take ownership of projects in the Paarl area. We are looking for a hands‑on, organised professional who can confidently manage site operations, teams, subcontractors, quality, deadlines and client expectations.

• Solid previous experience in a Site Manager / Construction Site Management role
• Strong experience managing teams and day-to-day site operations
• Experience with in construction, ceilings, drywalling, partitioning, shopfitting, glass/aluminum or related trades highly advantageous
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Ability to read and work from plans, drawings and specifications
• Good understanding of site health and safety requirements
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Professional communication and client liaison skills
• Valid driver’s licence
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work to strict project deadlines.
