• Recruit, screen, and onboard new tour guides, coordinating their training programs.
• Develop and manage weekly and monthly tour guide schedules, ensuring adequate coverage.
• Act as a liaison between tour guides, clients, and management, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Monitor tour quality and guide performance, providing feedback and conducting evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records of guide certifications, availability, and performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new tour offerings and improve existing ones.

• Previous experience in tourism operations or a coordination role.
