About the Role

Our client is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Montessori Educator and Childcarer to join their dedicated team in Paarl. This role is focused on implementing the Montessori philosophy to support the holistic development of young children. • Prepare and maintain a Montessori classroom environment that is orderly, stimulating, and child‑friendly.
• Guide children in using Montessori materials, fostering independence and self‑directed learning.
• Observe and document each child's progress, interests, and developmental needs.
• Facilitate grace and courtesy lessons, promoting social skills and respectful interactions.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of all children in the classroom.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and engagement in the Montessori program.

• Certification from a recognized Montessori training program (e.g., AMI, MACTE).
• Experience working with children in a Montessori setting is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy and child development principles.
• Excellent observational skills and the ability to individualize instruction.
