About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Toddler Educator to join their reputable childcare center in Paarl. This position focuses on creating a nurturing and stimulating environment specifically designed for toddlers (ages 1-3 years), supporting their rapid development in all areas. You will implement age-appropriate activities that foster exploration, social interaction, and language development. The ideal candidate is patient, observant, and passionate about guiding toddlers through their crucial early learning years, contributing to a positive and growth-oriented educational setting.

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote toddler development (physical, cognitive, social, emotional).
• Create a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and exploration for toddlers.
• Monitor and document each child's progress, milestones, and daily activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and daily experiences.
• Nurture positive relationships with toddlers, providing comfort, support, and guidance.

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development or a related field.
