About the Role

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a technically minded Project Manager to manage customer support projects from order inception through final sign-off. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while providing continuous technical and customer support across the entire value chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage designated projects seamlessly from initiation to final sign-off.
• Define and track project scopes, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Conduct on-site visits and facilitate scope clarification meetings.
• Provide robust technical support throughout the manufacturing and installation phases.
• Coordinate routine quality inspections and manage engineering changes.
• Monitor ongoing project progress and proactively implement corrective actions.
• Assist with customer inquiries, formal quotations, machine audits, and breakdown coordination.

Minimum Requirements

• Qualifications: N3 Technical Qualification with a mechanical background. A Diploma in Project Management is advantageous.
• Experience:
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in a custom-built machinery, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
• Management:
  Proven experience in project coordination or junior project management.
• Technical & Admin
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong administrative and organizational skills. Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project is required, while CAD experience is advantageous.
• Languages:
  Excellent communication skills in English
