• Taking full responsibility for the financial accounts of the companies in the group (4 companies).
• Reconciling revenue reports to deposits and VAT at the end of the month with Xero.
• Reconciling bank accounts.
• Overseeing creditors clerk and stock department.
• Produce rental and recovery invoices.
• Posting all journals in Xero.
• Maintain fixed asset register.
• Produce management accounts monthly.
• VAT submissions.
• Releasing of payments.
• Reconciliation of Yoco and FNB statements to revenue reports.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Financial Accountant in the hospitality/FMCG industry.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong preference will be given to an individual with experience on Xero.
• Lightspeed (stock system) knowledge, highly advantageous.
