About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and meticulous Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their distinguished team in Paarl . This position is critical for evaluating potential property investments, conducting in-depth market research, and providing financial insights to guide strategic acquisition decisions within the lucrative Western Cape market. You will be responsible for developing financial models, assessing risks, and forecasting returns on investment for a diverse portfolio of real estate assets.
The ideal candidate possesses strong quantitative skills, a deep understanding of financial markets, and a keen eye for identifying profitable opportunities in South Africa 's dynamic property sector.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for potential real estate acquisitions in Paarl and surrounding areas.
- Develop sophisticated financial models to forecast cash flows, profitability, and ROI for investment properties.
- Research market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to identify investment opportunities and risks.
- Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
