The Operations & Client Liaison Officer is responsible for supporting the day-today foreign exchange, financial markets, client service and operational activities across the Group.
The role combines foreign exchange operations, market research and analysis, trade execution support, international payments, client and stakeholder service, regulatory compliance, financial administration, reconciliations and operational support.
The incumbent will work closely with clients, banking partners, internal teams and management to ensure that transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and within required service levels and regulatory requirements. The role also provides back-office and settlement support to the trading and operations functions, including trade capture, reconciliations, reporting, documentation and monitoring of transactions through to completion.
All tasks falling within this scope shall be performed under the supervision of a duly qualified and authorised individual. The employee shall comply with all applicable regulatory and internal compliance requirements in respect of transactions and communications with clients
